2. Data we collect

Enquiry form: name, company, work email, mobile/WhatsApp number, approximate annual electricity bill, and your consent record.
Bills you attach to an enquiry: electricity bills (and the account, consumption and billing details on them) that you choose to email to us so we can prepare an analysis. We use them only for that analysis and follow-up.
Campaign information: the source of your visit (for example UTM parameters, ad click identifiers and referring page) so we know which channel brought you here.
Technical data: browser and device details sent with your enquiry, and website usage data collected by Google Analytics.
If you become a customer: energy bills, meter and DISCOM data you share are handled under our Data Processing Agreement.

To respond to your enquiry, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and arrange your free audit.
To understand how the website is used and improve it and our marketing.
To meet legal obligations.

4. Consent and your rights

We process your enquiry data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent, and request access, correction or erasure of your data, by emailing hello@onegrid.in.

5. Sharing

We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries, including hosting (Vercel), form handling (Formspree), analytics (Google Analytics) and [CRM / email / WhatsApp provider]. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention and security
